The extruders and co-extruders developed by M.T. Meccanica Trecatese S.r.l. represent an ideal solution for the production of pipes, profiles, sheets and compounds.
Our range of extruders spans from Ø 30 mm to Ø 120 mm with an L/D ratio varying from 25 to 33 (with or without degassing). Our extrusion barrels are manufactured in heat-treated and nitrided UNI41 CAD7 steel, or bimetallic,
while the extrusion screws are nitrided or with sintered material overlay. Square laminated pack AC motors, constant torque, driven by inverters.
Electrical control panels for drive, controls and temperature regulation equipped with PLC with latest generation Touch Screen operator panel, or traditional at the customer's discretion.

Our range of co-extruders, on the other hand, varies from Ø 12 mm to Ø 45 mm and is ideal for co-extrusion in confined spaces. It is designed with column bases with wheels and adjustable feet, the possibility of vertical axis adjustment, the possibility of a ±15° inclination and 360° rotation.

The electrical panel can rotate 270° for optimal positioning and space management.
